2. Shipping & Delivery:
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control. WhimsiPuff Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

 

3. Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo proof.

 

4. Intellectual Property:
All designs are original and copyright © WhimsiPuff. They may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

 

5. Privacy & Payments:
Customer data is used solely to process your order and will never be shared or sold. All payments are securely processed via our platform’s checkout system.
