As an artist storefront hosted on Printful

At WhimsiPuff, your happiness is our highest priority! While we don’t directly process payments or ship products, we partner exclusively with Printful to ensure that all orders are printed, packed, and delivered with care.

Because all items are made-to-order, all refund requests, returns, and replacements are handled through Printful’s Customer Support.

 

Printful will cover the cost of a replacement or refund if the product is defective, damaged, or misprinted.

Eligible Refunds & Returns

Redbubble may offer refunds or replacements for the following situations:

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Incorrect item received

  • Print quality issues

  • Apparel sizing issues (in some cases)

 

Customers must report issues within 7 days of receiving the product (photos required).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Ordering the wrong size (unless covered by Redbubble’s sizing policy)

  • Delays due to postal carriers or customs

Please review product details and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
