WhimsiPuff partners with Printful to handle product fulfillment. By placing an order, you acknowledge that Printful will process certain personal data (such as your name, shipping address, and order details) for the purpose of fulfilling your purchase.

2. Intellectual Property

We do our best to present our products as accurately as possible. Please note that slight variations in color or placement may occur due to the made-to-order nature of Printful's printing process. This uniqueness is part of what makes every WhimsiPuff product special!

4. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by Printful. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs will be provided at checkout. WhimsiPuff does not ship or process orders directly.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Because products are printed on demand, cancellations or changes must be requested through Printful shortly after placing your order. Returns, exchanges, and refund requests are also handled by Printful's Customer Support and subject to their policies.
