Order Processing & Fulfillment
All products are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to Printful for fulfillment.
Processing Time: Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be produced before shipping.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Delays, Issues, or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at whimsipuffshop@gmail.com and we will work with Printful to resolve the issue.
For damaged items, please provide photos within 7 days of delivery, and we will coordinate a replacement or refund where applicable.
